Why choose a pink mosaic lamp

Pink glass gives a soft, romantic light. Switched on, a pink mosaic lamp casts a warm, rose-toned glow with intricate patterns across the walls, gentle enough for a bedroom and pretty enough to be noticed. It is a colour that makes a room feel calm and welcoming rather than bright.

The softness comes from the glass itself, hand-cut in Türkiye into small diamonds and squares, set piece by piece with beads, then grouted and polished before the globe is mounted on hand-aged antique brass. Some designs add mirrored accents for subtle reflections, and no two lamps are ever alike.

How to choose a pink lamp

Pick the pattern, then the size and style.

• Pattern: plain pink designs give an even rosy glow; pink star designs set a star motif into the globe, sometimes in pink and mauve or black and white; and pink multicoloured designs scatter other colours, such as yellow, blue or green, among the pink for a more colourful glow.
• Style: pink comes as swan neck and classic table lamps, pendants and wall sconces. A swan neck table lamp hangs the globe from a curved brass neck, which suits a dressing table or bedside.
• Size: pink designs come with large 15 cm globes and small 10 cm ones. The small sizes are gathered with our other compact lamps in small globes.

Where pink looks best

The bedroom is the obvious home for pink: a pair of lamps either side of the bed, or one on a dressing table, gives the room a warm, romantic mood at night. Bulb, safety and care

A pink lamp takes an E14 bulb, and we include a warm-coloured E14 LED bulb, so it glows rosy from the first evening. LED stays low in heat, which is gentler on the hand-set glass, and a different bulb may affect the brightness and the tone of the pink.

Every pink lamp is CE certified; table and floor lamps come with a plug, while pendants, wall sconces and chandeliers are hardwired by an electrician. When it needs a clean, switch off the power and dust the globe and the brass with a soft, dry cloth, keeping abrasive cleaners and moisture away.
