This handmade table lamp features a prominent starburst motif crafted from hand-cut amber, ruby red, and mirrored glass tiles set against a dense background of amber glass beads. When illuminated, the globe projects a warm, fiery, and intricate geometric pattern onto surrounding surfaces, complemented by the hand-aged antique brass base and finial.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut natural glass into precise diamond and square shapes, selecting vibrant amber, ruby red, and mirrored pieces to form the central starburst motif.
- Next, these individual glass pieces and thousands of tiny amber glass beads are meticulously applied by hand onto the glass globe, creating a dense, textured mosaic pattern.
- The globe is then carefully polished to enhance the natural saturation of the warm amber and red tones, ensuring a brilliant and fiery reflection when illuminated.
- Finally, the finished globe is assembled with its hand-aged antique brass base and finial, and fitted with an E14 socket and included LED bulb, ready to cast its warm glow.
