Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026
These Terms of Service, also referred to as our Terms and Conditions, apply to your use of angoramosaics.com and to any order you place with Angora Mosaics.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

You can contact us by email at:
If you contact us about an order, please include your full name, order number, and the email address used to place the order.
3. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use our website in a way that breaches any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or data;
- introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse our website content without permission;
- use our website in a way that may damage, disable, or interfere with its operation;
- provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when placing an order.
We may suspend or restrict access to our website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Our products
We sell handmade mosaic products, decorative items, and related goods.
All Angora Mosaics products are handmade. Because of this, each item is unique and may have small variations in colour, tone, pattern, shape, texture, grout lines, size, finish, and overall appearance.
Product images on our website are provided to show the style, design, and general appearance of the item. Your item may not be 100% identical to the images shown. These handmade variations are part of the nature and character of the product and will not normally be considered a fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
5. Product descriptions and measurements
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, measurements, and availability information are accurate.
However, because our products are handmade:
- sizes and dimensions may vary slightly;
- colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting;
- natural materials may have variations;
- small differences between items should be expected.
Any measurements provided are approximate unless we clearly state otherwise.
6. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the item or items in your order.
After you place an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing the order, or dispatch the item, whichever happens first.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- the item is unavailable;
- payment is not authorised;
- there is an error in the price or product information;
- we are unable to deliver to your address;
- we suspect fraud or misuse of our website;
- the order breaches these Terms;
- circumstances outside our control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
The total price of your order, including delivery charges and any taxes shown at checkout, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
You must provide accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not store your full card details.
8. Pricing errors
We try to ensure that all prices on our website are correct. However, errors may occur.
If we discover that an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
If we cannot contact you, or if you do not wish to proceed at the correct price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment already made.
9. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Some handmade items may be available in limited quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a later delivery date where possible, or a refund.
10. Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items
Some products may be custom-made, personalised, or made to your specific requirements.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- custom sizes;
- custom colours;
- custom patterns;
- personalised designs;
- bespoke mosaic commissions;
- made-to-order products created specifically for you.
Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items may take longer to produce and dispatch.
Unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, custom, personalised, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
11. Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We will do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, busy periods, weather, or other events outside our control.
If there is a significant delay, please contact us at info@angoramosaics.com.
12. Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination, weight, size, and shipping method.
For international orders, delivery charges do not necessarily include customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees, or other charges applied by the destination country.
13. International orders, customs, and import charges
If you order from outside the United Kingdom, including from the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, courier handling fees, or similar charges.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that apply in your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If you refuse to pay customs or import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, or other costs we incur from any refund due to you, where permitted by law.
14. Risk and ownership
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided, or when they are collected by a person authorised by you.
If you arrange your own courier or collection service, risk may pass to you when the item is handed to that courier or collection service.
15. Inspecting your order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@angoramosaics.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging;
- photos of any visible damage to the parcel.
Please keep the item and packaging until we confirm the next steps.
16. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns from the UK or EU, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
17. Cancellation rights
If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order.
For eligible non-custom items, you may cancel your order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Angora Mosaics offers a 30-day return period for eligible items, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
To cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel. You can do this by emailing:

We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
26. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

The latest version will be available on our website.
29. If part of these Terms is invalid
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
30. No waiver
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
31. Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms.
