This handmade hanging pendant features a stunning mosaic globe suspended from an antique brass-finished chain. Unlit, the globe displays an intricate pattern of clear, mirrored, and dark diamond-shaped glass tiles set among tiny amber and beige beads. When lit, it transforms into a radiant sphere, casting warm amber and golden hues that create a captivating, textured glow across the surrounding space.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut natural glass into precise diamond shapes, selecting rich amber, dark brown, and clear mirrored pieces to form the core design.
- Next, these glass pieces are carefully arranged onto the globe, surrounded by thousands of tiny glass beads applied by hand to create flowing, wave-like patterns.
- The globe is then meticulously polished to ensure the natural glass colors shine brilliantly, preparing it to cast its warm, mesmerizing amber glow.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is securely mounted to the hand-aged antique brass canopy and chain, complete with an E14 LED bulb for immediate use.
