This handmade table lamp features a striking six-pointed star motif crafted from dark and frosted natural glass, surrounded by a delicate field of amber and gold beads. When lit, it casts a warm, inviting glow that reflects intricate star patterns onto nearby surfaces.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut quality natural glass into precise diamond and triangular shapes to form the striking central star, ensuring the amber and frosted tones are perfectly balanced.
- Next, the glass pieces and delicate golden beads are meticulously placed onto the globe and secured with a traditional plastering technique, ensuring every detail holds firm.
- The globe is then carefully cleaned and polished to reveal the deep saturation of the amber beads and the stark contrast of the dark star motif against the lighter glass.
- Finally, the completed mosaic globe is mounted onto a hand-aged antique brass base, wired for safety, and paired with an E14 LED bulb, ready to illuminate your space.
