This handmade table lamp features a striking mosaic globe with deep blue six-pointed stars set against a background of lighter blue and white glass beads. When lit, it casts a cool, mesmerising pattern of blue and white light, highlighting the intricate star motifs.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- Skilled artisans carefully hand-cut natural glass pieces into precise geometric shapes, forming the deep blue stars that define this lamp's design.
- These glass pieces and tiny light blue and white beads are then meticulously arranged and set onto the glass globe using a traditional plastering technique.
- Once the plaster sets, the globe is carefully polished to reveal the vibrant, saturated colours of the natural blue and white glass.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is securely fitted to its hand-aged antique brass base, ready to be illuminated by the included E14 LED bulb.
