This handmade table lamp features a striking star motif centered on the globe. Unlit, the glass displays a sophisticated mix of deep black, clear mirrored accents, and soft plum-purple tiles against an antique brass base. When illuminated, the purple tiles radiate a warm, romantic glow, casting intricate star-shaped reflections across the surrounding space.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans carefully hand-cut quality natural mosaic glass into precise geometric shapes, selecting deep blacks, clear mirrored pieces, and soft plum-purple tones for this specific design.
- Each piece of glass is then painstakingly arranged by hand onto the globe, forming the intricate central star and surrounding borders, before being set in place with traditional techniques.
- The globe is carefully polished to enhance the natural saturation of the plum and black glass, ensuring the colors remain vibrant and true without the use of dyes or stains.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is mounted onto a hand-aged antique brass base, wired to CE safety standards, and fitted with an E14 socket ready for the included LED bulb.
