This exquisite Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a striking star motif crafted from hand-cut natural glass. Unlit, the globe displays a sophisticated palette of amber, brown, and mirrored silver tiles set against a neutral white background. When illuminated, it radiates a warm, inviting glow, casting intricate, mesmerizing patterns across the surrounding walls.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- Master artisans carefully hand-cut natural glass into precise diamond and square shapes, selecting earthy amber, warm brown, and mirrored silver pieces to form the intricate star design.
- Each glass tile is individually placed onto the glass globe using traditional techniques, ensuring the complex geometric pattern is perfectly aligned before the protective grout is applied.
- The globe is thoroughly cleaned and polished to reveal the true brilliance of the natural glass, maximizing the warm golden reflection and color saturation when the lamp is lit.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is securely mounted onto the hand-aged antique brass wall plate, complete with an E14 socket. An LED bulb is included and the lamp is fully CE certified for safety.
