This exquisite Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a warm amber and brown palette, accented with mirrored glass pieces. Unlit, the natural glass and mirror tiles form a classic star and geometric motif; when illuminated, it casts a cozy, golden glow that warms any space.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, artisans hand-cut quality natural glass into precise diamond and triangular shapes, selecting rich amber, warm brown, and reflective mirror pieces.
- Next, these individual glass pieces are carefully arranged by hand onto the glass globe, securing the intricate star and geometric patterns.
- The globe is then treated with a specialized paste to fill the gaps, which is allowed to set before being polished to reveal the deep saturation of the amber and brown glass.
- Finally, the completed mosaic globe is mounted onto a hand-aged antique brass wall plate, CE certified, and fitted with an E14 socket. An LED bulb is included for immediate use.
