This handmade Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a vibrant ruby red base with circular motifs framed by mirrored glass tiles and warm bronze beads. When lit, it casts a rich, warm crimson and amber glow, creating striking patterned reflections on the surrounding walls.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, artisans hand-cut natural, quality glass into precise geometric shapes, selecting vibrant ruby red and clear mirrored pieces for this specific design.
- These glass pieces and tiny bronze beads are then carefully arranged one by one onto the blown glass globe, forming the intricate circular medallion patterns.
- A specialized plaster is applied and smoothed to secure the mosaic, which is then polished to reveal the deep crimson saturation and sparkling mirrored accents.
- Finally, the finished globe is securely mounted to the hand-aged antique brass wall plate, complete with an E14 socket and included LED bulb for immediate use.
