Switch off the power to the sconce before cleaning. Dust the globe and the brass wall plate with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid abrasive cleaners and excess moisture.

About this lamp
Cette applique murale mosaïque turque faite à la main présente un motif d'étoile proéminent, réalisé à partir de carreaux de verre naturel bleu foncé, ambré et transparent. Une fois allumée, elle diffuse une lumière chaude et accueillante avec des reflets géométriques complexes dans des nuances d'or, d'ambre et de bleu.
Chacune de nos lampes est fabriquée à la main en Turquie, du début à la fin — il n'y en a pas deux identiques. Le motif de mosaïque exact de la photo ne peut être reproduit, ainsi la lampe que vous recevez est la lampe la plus unique au monde. Nous utilisons uniquement du verre naturel de qualité — jamais de verre teinté — pour une lumière plus douce et plus riche. Certifiée CE et sûre.
Comment c'est fabriqué
- Tout d'abord, des artisans qualifiés découpent à la main le verre naturel en formes précises de losanges et de carrés, sélectionnant des bleus profonds, des ambres chauds et des pièces transparentes pour le design.
- Ensuite, ces pièces de verre individuelles et de minuscules perles de verre sont soigneusement disposées et fixées sur le globe en verre en utilisant des techniques traditionnelles.
- Le globe est ensuite méticuleusement nettoyé et poli pour révéler la riche saturation et la brillance naturelle du verre bleu et ambré.
- Enfin, le globe mosaïque unique est monté sur une plaque murale en laiton antique vieilli à la main, comprenant une douille E14 et une ampoule LED.

What makes a mosaic wall sconce special?
Every sconce is handmade in Türkiye. Artisans hand-cut natural glass, set each piece and bead on the globe by hand, grout the pattern and polish it before fitting it to a hand-aged antique brass wall plate. The pattern in the photos cannot be repeated exactly, so yours is unique.
Is the glass real?
Yes. The globe is natural hand-cut glass with mirror tile and mosaic beads: never paint, print or plastic, and never coloured-dye or stained glass. That is what gives the light its soft, rich colour on the wall.
Which bulb does a wall sconce use?
An E14 bulb, and we include an E14 LED bulb, so the sconce is ready to light once it is fitted. LED gives an efficient, low-heat glow that helps protect the mosaic. A different bulb may affect the brightness, colour tone and pattern.
Is the wall sconce CE certified, and does it need an electrician?
Yes to both. Every sconce is CE certified and hardwired: it has no plug and is fixed to a wall light point, so have it fitted by a qualified electrician. The globe sits on a 28 × 13 cm hand-aged antique brass wall plate. For questions about your wall, chat with us, available 24/7.
What size is a mosaic wall sconce?
The small sconce has a 10 cm globe, stands 30 cm tall and projects 24 cm from the wall. The medium has a 12.5 cm globe, stands 33 cm tall and also projects 24 cm, and the large has a 15 cm globe, stands 35 cm tall and projects 25 cm. All three sit on the same 28 × 13 cm wall plate.
Where do mosaic wall lights work best?
In hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, studies and reading nooks: anywhere you want light at wall height without giving up floor or table space. A pair either side of a bed or a mirror looks balanced, and in a hallway the patterns run along the wall as you walk through.
How should I look after a wall sconce?
