This stunning Turkish mosaic table lamp features a brilliant star motif crafted from vibrant cobalt blue and light aqua natural glass tiles, set against a background of clear and mirrored accents. When lit, it casts an enchanting pattern of blue and teal starbursts and intricate reflections across the surrounding walls and surfaces.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, our artisans hand-cut natural glass into precise diamond and square shapes, selecting vibrant cobalt blue, light aqua, and clear mirrored pieces to form the celestial design.
- Next, these individual glass pieces are carefully arranged and set onto the glass globe using a traditional plaster, ensuring the intricate star pattern is securely held in place.
- Once the plaster cures, the globe is meticulously polished to reveal the brilliant saturation of the blue and teal glass, allowing maximum light to shine through.
- Finally, the completed mosaic globe is mounted onto a hand-aged antique brass base, and an E14 LED bulb is included so your lamp is ready to glow immediately.
