This handmade mosaic pendant lamp features a striking geometric pattern of deep cobalt blue, lighter cyan, and mirrored silver glass tiles. When unlit, the crisp blues and silver accents stand out against the antique brass hardware; when lit, it projects a stunning array of vivid blue and green hues, casting an intricate, atmospheric pattern on surrounding walls.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- Skilled artisans begin by hand-cutting natural glass into precise diamond and square shapes, selecting vibrant shades of cobalt, cyan, and silver mirror to form the foundational palette.
- Each piece is then carefully set onto the globe using a traditional plaster, securing the intricate interlocking wave pattern before the piece is allowed to cure naturally.
- The globe is polished by hand to reveal the brilliant saturation of the blue and silver tiles, ensuring the natural glass catches the light beautifully even when turned off.
- Finally, the mosaic globe is fitted with hand-aged antique brass hardware, complete with an E14 socket, ensuring it is ready to illuminate your space perfectly.
