This desk-top table lamp features a vibrant, multi-colored mosaic globe resting on an ornate, hand-aged antique brass base. Unlit, the white plaster contrasts with colorful glass pieces forming star and circular motifs; when lit, it casts a rich, kaleidoscopic glow of red, blue, green, and yellow across the room.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut natural glass into precise geometric shapes, selecting vibrant shades of red, blue, green, and yellow for this specific design.
- Next, the glass pieces and colorful beads are meticulously arranged by hand onto the glass globe, secured with a traditional white plaster to form intricate star and circular motifs.
- The globe is then carefully polished to reveal the brilliant saturation of the multi-colored glass, ensuring the natural jewel tones shine clearly.
- Finally, the vibrant mosaic globe is mounted onto a hand-aged antique brass base and fitted with an E14 socket, complete with an LED bulb for immediate use.
