This handmade Turkish mosaic ceiling pendant features a delicate globe adorned with a striking central star motif in deep purple and black, surrounded by a soft field of white and pink beads. When unlit, the globe presents a crisp, elegant contrast against the hand-aged antique brass hardware; when illuminated, it casts a warm, romantic pink-toned glow with intricate light patterns across the surrounding space.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- Master artisans carefully hand-cut natural glass into precise diamond and square shapes, selecting deep purples, blacks, and soft pinks to form the striking central star motif.
- Each glass piece and tiny bead is meticulously set by hand onto the globe, creating a dense, textured mosaic that ensures no two lamps are ever exactly alike.
- The completed mosaic globe is carefully polished to enhance the natural saturation of the pink and purple tones, preparing it to cast its beautiful, intricate light patterns.
- Finally, the glass globe is securely mounted within hand-aged antique brass hardware and fitted with a safe, CE-certified socket, complete with an included E14 LED bulb.
