This exquisite Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a vibrant, multi-colored glass globe set against an intricately detailed antique brass backplate. When illuminated, it casts a stunning, kaleidoscopic pattern of red, green, blue, and amber light across the surrounding walls.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut natural glass into precise tiles of vibrant red, deep blue, emerald green, and warm amber.
- Next, these individual glass pieces are meticulously arranged and set into a traditional plaster base to form the intricate concentric pattern.
- The globe is then carefully polished, revealing the brilliant saturation and clarity of the multi-colored natural glass.
- Finally, the vibrant mosaic globe is securely mounted onto the hand-aged antique brass wall plate, complete with an E14 socket and included LED bulb.
