This handmade Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a luminous white and clear glass globe adorned with mirrored star motifs. When lit, it casts a warm, intricate pattern of light and shadow across the surrounding walls, complemented by its hand-aged antique brass body.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut quality natural mosaic glass into precise geometric shapes, focusing on clear and mirrored pieces to create the luminous white palette observed in this lamp.
- Next, these individual glass pieces and delicate white glass beads are meticulously arranged one by one onto the blown glass globe, forming the intricate traditional star motif.
- The globe is then carefully grouted and polished to reveal the brilliant saturation of the clear and mirrored glass, ensuring a radiant glow when illuminated.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is securely mounted to a hand-aged antique brass wall plate and arm, complete with a CE-certified E14 socket and included LED bulb.
