This handmade Turkish mosaic wall sconce features a warm amber and brown geometric pattern on a natural glass globe. When unlit, the earthy tones of the hand-cut glass provide a classic look, while turning it on reveals a rich, inviting amber glow set against an elegant antique brass wall plate.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, skilled artisans hand-cut natural glass sheets into precise geometric shapes, selecting earthy brown and clear tones to form the classic design.
- These individual glass pieces are then meticulously arranged and set by hand onto the globe, creating the intricate diamond and wave pattern.
- The mosaic surface is carefully polished to enhance the natural glass, ensuring the warm amber and golden hues shine brilliantly when illuminated.
- Finally, the completed globe is securely mounted onto the hand-aged antique brass wall plate, and fitted with an E14 socket ready for the included LED bulb.
