This handmade Turkish mosaic table lamp features a brilliant white and mirrored glass globe set against an antique brass body. When unlit, the mirrored star pattern rests elegantly against the frosted white beadwork; when illuminated, it casts a striking, crisp white glow with intricate shadow reflections.
Every one of our lamps is handmade in Turkey from start to finish — no two are alike. The exact mosaic pattern in the photo cannot be reproduced, so the lamp you receive is the most unique lamp in the world. We use only quality natural glass — never coloured-dye glass — for a softer, richer light. CE certified and safe.
How it is made
- First, our artisans hand-cut individual pieces of pristine clear and mirrored natural glass, shaping them carefully to form the intricate star motifs seen in this lamp.
- Next, the cut glass pieces and tiny frosted white glass beads are meticulously arranged and set by hand onto the blown glass globe, ensuring a completely unique pattern.
- The globe is then carefully polished to enhance the brilliance of the mirrored glass and the crisp, clean finish of the white beadwork, bringing out its luminous quality.
- Finally, the finished mosaic globe is securely mounted onto the hand-aged antique brass body, complete with an E14 socket and LED bulb, ready to illuminate your home.
